Shipping Policy

We, at Mahakal Luxury , make all commercial and reasonable endeavours to ensure that products are delivered to our customers in a timely fashion. Customers are requested to read and understand the terms contained in this Delivery Policy.

Delivery Policy:

1. Shipping Process:
   All products are shipped from our warehouse located in Surat (Gujarat, India) to the respective shipping address(s) provided by the user/customer/purchaser. As we endeavour to deliver our products across India, we partner with third-party courier service providers, including Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart, and DHL (“Courier Partners”), to ensure seamless delivery. Details of delivery partners will be shared with users once the purchased product is handed over to the Courier Partners by Mahakal Luxury.
2. Order Confirmation:
   Delivery details will be shared with users in the order confirmation email. Customers are required to provide a complete and accurate street address along with their pin code when placing a purchase order.
3. Order Processing:
   Orders are processed on weekdays from Monday to Saturday, excluding national or declared holidays.
4. Multiple Products:
   If multiple products and services are booked in a single transaction, efforts will be made to ship all items together. However, this may not always be feasible. Additionally, only one shipping address is allowed per order. For multiple delivery locations, separate orders must be placed for each address.
5. P.O. Box Addresses:
   We do not ship to Post Office Box addresses and are not responsible for non-delivery if the order is sent to a P.O. Box and not received by the customer.
6. Order Modification:
   Once confirmed, orders cannot be edited, modified, or changed. However, we accept address change requests made within 12 hours of placing the order or upon order confirmation. For related concerns, please contact us at Support@mahakalluxury.com
7. Delivery Attempts:
   Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the specified address 2-3 times. If the package remains undelivered, the courier partner will notify us regarding the non-delivery, and further actions will be taken accordingly.
8. Product Availability:
   We strive to maintain stock of all listed products. In case of unavailability or extended delivery time, proactive communication will be made with the user within two working days via their registered mobile number or email.
9. Order Tracking:
   Upon order confirmation, a tracking number will be provided via email. Users can conveniently track their orders through the online tracking facility of our courier partners.
10. Delivery Timeline:

• Surat : Delivery within 3-4 days.
• Rest of India (PAN India): Delivery within 7 to 15 days.
• Outside OF India (International): Delivery within 15 to 20 days.

Cash on Delivery:
We Can’t offer cash-on-delivery options for orders bcs of Product Customization as per your requirement.

Product Care:

• Dry clean only; never machine-wash.
• Store garments in a cool, dry place.
• Avoid storing silks with zari or metal yarns in plastic, as plastics react with zari and cause discoloration.
• Zari may oxidize if exposed to humid air; store them in cotton-lined boxes or covers.
• Avoid using chlorine bleach on silk.

Embroidery and Colour:
While we take utmost care to maintain the inherent qualities of our products, due to the nature of fabrics, embroidery and colour bleeding cannot be guaranteed.

Sizing:
Garment fit depends on the cut, fabric, and style. Some designs are relaxed and loose, while others are more fitted. Review the sizing guide provided with each product for the best fit. Measurements may vary slightly due to fabric characteristics.

Colour Display:
We strive to display product colours as accurately as possible on our website. However, the colour visible on your screen may vary, and we cannot guarantee accuracy.
