At Mahakal Luxury, we are committed to providing high-quality clothing and jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following returns and exchanges policy:

Replacement Policy

We have a 7-day replacement policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the order number as proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee

As our All Products are custom-made according to your size, diamond, and gold options, any return unrelated to manufacturing quality will incur a 60 to 80 % restocking fee. This fee covers the labour required for resizing and polishing the replacement piece.

If the replacement piece requires extensive cleaning or repairs (or is in any other condition that prevents resale), we will charge a higher restocking fee, depending on the extent of the repairs required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable or Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Any item with physical damage

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item, a 40% restocking fee will be applied. The remaining 60% of your original payment will be credited towards the new order. If the new item piece costs more, you will need to pay the difference. Please note:

  • The exchange process must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the original piece.
  • The 40% restocking fee is non-refundable.

Exchanges are limited to one-time use per item.

Before sending your order items back, please contact us to ensure safe delivery. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs and should ensure the package and use a traceable courier, as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
